Meanwhile, in Gaya, RJD’s star campaigner Tejashwi Yadav addressed an election rally in favor of party candidate Kumar Sarvjeet. Government cornered over unemployment, inflation and poverty
Former Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav, while addressing the gathering in Etawah of Mohanpur block on Monday, said that this election is not about Modi, but about the issue. Unemployment, inflation, migration, poverty, education, medicine, all these are issues. When we formed the government in Bihar, we provided employment to 5 lakh people, this did not happen even in the central government. Caste based calculation was done. When work started getting done, BJP toppled our government. After this Nitish Kumar got hijacked.
Taunt on Nitish Kumar
He said that Nitish Kumar is now touching the feet of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. NDA is claiming to win four lakh to four thousand seats. Taking aim at BJP, he said that BJP calls RJD a familyist, whereas all its candidates in the first phase are familyists.
Addressing the gathering, Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) leader Mukesh Sahni said that after coming to power today, BJP is trying to change the Constitution. Hindus and Muslims are being fought. Today the country has gone into wrong hands. Now we will have to fight like a freedom struggle to remove it.
He said that today work is being done on the instructions of Nagpur. Chief Ministers of two states have been put in jail. Today people in villages are dying of hunger, they are being given five kilos of food grains a month, how will a family be fed with five kilos of food grains?
