Results released under TGT Recruitment Advertisement No. 01/2022; subject-wise cut-off and marks available online
Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission has declared the final selection result for 2,982 posts of Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) across 14 subjects under recruitment advertisement number 01/2022.
Commission Chairman Dr Prashant Kumar said that the results have been announced following a fully transparent and rule-based selection process.
He informed that the written examination for 3,539 posts in 15 subjects was conducted on June 3 and 4, 2026. Based on the written examination results, candidates up to one-and-a-half times the number of vacancies were shortlisted for document verification on June 30, 2026.
The final selection result for 14 subjects has now been declared under Rule 12(8) of the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Service Selection Board Regulations, 1998.
The subjects for which results have been announced include Hindi, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Urdu, Physical Education, Agriculture, Music (Vocal), Music (Instrumental), Biology, Home Science, Sanskrit, Commerce and Arts.
Candidates can check their results, subject-wise and category-wise cut-off marks, and obtained scores on the official website of the commission. Candidates will be able to access their marks for one week by entering their roll number and date of birth.
The allocation of institutions to selected candidates will be carried out according to their preference order under Rule 12(10) of the regulations.
Meanwhile, the final result for 557 posts of English teachers has not been announced yet due to a pending petition in the High Court. A petition related to the final answer key, Case No. 979/2026, is currently under consideration. The result for English subject will be declared after the court’s decision.
The commission has advised candidates to regularly check the official portal for further updates regarding the remaining selection process.
