- 6% Discount: For paying 90% of the flat’s value within 45 days.
- 5% Discount: For paying 90% within 60 days.
- 4% Discount: For paying 90% within 75 days.
- 3% Discount: For paying 90% within 90 days.
The original offer, introduced on LDA’s 50th anniversary, provided bumper discounts for flats registered between October 22 and December 31, 2024. Based on the flat’s price, the discounts were:
- ₹1 Lakh: For flats priced between ₹22 lakh and ₹50 lakh.
- ₹1.50 Lakh: For flats priced between ₹50 lakh and ₹75 lakh.
- ₹2.50 Lakh: For flats priced above ₹75 lakh.
Overwhelming Public Response
The extension comes in response to overwhelming public demand. Within 70 days of the initial offer, LDA successfully sold 230 flats across its various projects.

Secretary Vivek Srivastava detailed the availability of flats across multiple configurations, including 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK, and 4BHK options, ranging from 500 sq. ft. to 1,900 sq. ft. Prices range from approximately ₹23 lakh to ₹1.08 crore.
Additional provisions include:
- Higher Purchase Agreement: Allows government employees to gain possession after paying 25% of the flat’s price, while others need to pay 35%.
- Flexibility to Purchase Multiple Flats: Families or individuals can now buy more than one flat in the same project.
- Customization Options: Combining two 2BHK flats to create larger living spaces.
