Lucknow: In celebration of Global Wellness Day, Phoenix Palassio hosted the inaugural edition of ‘Pilates at Palassio’ on June 13 and 14, offering participants a distinctive blend of fitness, beauty, fashion, coffee culture, and self-care.
The two-day wellness initiative was designed to encourage people to prioritize their physical and mental well-being amid increasingly demanding lifestyles. By bringing together fitness activities and lifestyle experiences under one roof, the event created a platform for participants to reconnect with themselves and embrace healthier living habits.
The opening day witnessed enthusiastic participation as attendees took part in guided Pilates sessions led by renowned wellness expert Ritika Bhargava from Pilates Wisdom & Physiotherapy. With over 16 years of experience in physiotherapy and movement-based wellness, Bhargava specializes in posture correction, body alignment, balance, mindful movement, and holistic health.
During the mat Pilates sessions, participants were introduced to a variety of exercises designed to improve flexibility, core strength, posture, and overall physical well-being. The sessions emphasized controlled movements and body awareness, reflecting the growing popularity of Pilates as a comprehensive fitness practice.
Beyond fitness, the event offered a range of curated lifestyle experiences aimed at promoting self-care and personal wellness. Participants received specially curated goodie bags and exclusive discount vouchers from wellness and beauty brands. Visitors also enjoyed flash makeover sessions by Sephora, coffee-tasting experiences by Starbucks, and personalized styling and dining experiences at The Collective.
Organizers said the event was envisioned as more than just a fitness workshop. Instead, it sought to create a holistic wellness environment where health, beauty, lifestyle, and community engagement could come together seamlessly.

Speaking on the occasion, Sanjeev Sarin, Retail Director (North) at Phoenix Mills, said the initiative reflects the company’s commitment to offering experiences that go beyond conventional retail.
“At Phoenix Palassio, our goal has always been to bring people together through meaningful and engaging experiences beyond shopping. ‘Pilates at Palassio’ is an extension of that vision. Organized on the occasion of Global Wellness Day, the event promotes wellness as a lifestyle choice and encourages individuals to take time for themselves, feel better, and make a positive start toward healthier living,” he said.
The event highlighted the growing emphasis on wellness-driven experiences among urban consumers, where fitness is increasingly being integrated with beauty, fashion, nutrition, and mental well-being. By combining these elements, ‘Pilates at Palassio’ offered participants a refreshing opportunity to focus on self-care while connecting with like-minded individuals.
As wellness continues to emerge as a key lifestyle priority, initiatives such as ‘Pilates at Palassio’ demonstrate how community-centered events can inspire healthier habits and create meaningful experiences that extend beyond traditional fitness activities.
