Every Party Worker Will Contribute with Full Dedication to Accelerate Development: CM Yogi

Mathura: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday asserted that every Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) worker would contribute with full dedication to further accelerate the pace of development in the state. The Chief Minister made the remarks while participating in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s monthly radio programme ‘Mann Ki Baat’ along with newly elected BJP National President Nitin Nabin in Vrindavan.

The programme was organised at Akshaya Patra, Vrindavan, marking Nitin Nabin’s first visit to Uttar Pradesh after assuming the responsibility of national party president. CM Yogi warmly welcomed him to the sacred land of Braj and began his address amid chants of Radhe-Radhe, Vrindavan Bihari Lal, Radha Rani, Yamuna Maiya, Har Har Mahadev, Jai Shri Ram, Bharat Mata Ki Jai and Vande Mataram, blending spiritual fervour with national pride.

Describing Nitin Nabin as a symbol of youthful energy, CM Yogi said that he has been elected five times as an MLA in the Bihar Assembly and has efficiently handled several organisational responsibilities. Under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the BJP has entrusted him with the responsibility of national leadership, and his first visit to the holy land of Lord Krishna after assuming the role is a moment of great joy, the Chief Minister added.

Highlighting the spiritual and cultural significance of Braj Bhoomi, CM Yogi said that Mathura, Vrindavan, Barsana, Gokul, Govardhan, Nandgaon, and Baldev have remained sacred pilgrimage centres for thousands of years. He noted that devotees still experience the living presence of Lord Krishna and Radha Rani in every particle of Braj. He also recalled that Mathura is the birthplace of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, the ideologue of Antyodaya, and said that under the inspiration of Prime Minister Modi, Braj is progressing by setting new benchmarks of development while preserving its spiritual and cultural heritage.

The Chief Minister categorically stated that Uttar Pradesh is no longer a ‘BIMARU’ state, but has emerged as a strong pillar of India’s economy. He said the state has remained revenue-surplus for over five years and that the double-engine government is delivering development at double speed by implementing major infrastructure projects on the ground. He added that the government has ensured security for every citizen and is implementing welfare schemes for the poor, youth, farmers, women, and the underprivileged without discrimination, from villages to cities.

CM Yogi further said that the youth of Uttar Pradesh no longer struggle for identity. Today, they can proudly say anywhere in the country that they belong to Uttar Pradesh. He recalled a time when the state faced an identity crisis and was often ridiculed, but stressed that the situation has completely transformed. The participation of youth, farmers, and women in the national development process, he said, reflects the growing public trust in the BJP.

Reaffirming his commitment to rapid development, the Chief Minister said that under the leadership, guidance, and inspiration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Uttar Pradesh has established new benchmarks of progress over the past nine years. He expressed confidence that to further enhance this momentum, every BJP worker in the state will work with full dedication and commitment for the present and future of Uttar Pradesh.

Several senior leaders and public representatives were present on the occasion, including Union Minister of State for Finance and BJP State President Pankaj Chaudhary, BJP National General Secretary Dushyant Gautam, Cabinet Minister Chaudhary Laxmi Narayan, Basic Education Minister Sandeep Singh, Mayor Vinod Agarwal, Rajya Sabha MP Tejveer Singh, MLAs Shrikant Sharma, Meghshyam Singh, Rajesh Chaudhary and Pooran Prakash, along with district and regional BJP leaders.
