Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Urban Development and Energy Minister A.K. Sharma held a public hearing at his residence on Monday and listened to grievances brought by people from different parts of the state. He directed concerned officials to ensure prompt, quality and time-bound resolution of the issues raised. Residents primarily submitted complaints related to electricity bill corrections, replacement of old and damaged power wires, electricity supply, road cleanliness, sewerage and drinking water.
