Lucknow: Defense Minister Rajnath Singh received a warm welcome on his arrival in Lucknow on Monday at 3 PM. At the airport, he was greeted with garlands and bouquets by Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, State General Secretary Sanjay Rai, Regional President Kamlesh Mishra, Lucknow Metropolitan President Anand Dwivedi, MLC Mukesh Sharma, Mayor Sushma Kharkwal, MLAs Dr. Neeraj Bora, OP Srivastava, and Yogesh Shukla, along with other dignitaries such as MLC Lalji Nirmal, Ramchandra Pradhan, former Minister Swati Singh, former Mayor Sanyukta Bhatia, Diwakar Tripathi, former President Manohar Singh, General Secretary Trilok Adhikari, and Pushkar Shukla.
After the reception, the Defense Minister proceeded directly to his residence on Kalidas Marg, where he met with representatives of various social organizations, party officials, and workers throughout the evening.
During these interactions, the National President of the Vovinam Association of India congratulated Rajnath Singh on his recent appointment as the Secretary-General of the Asian Vovinam Association, marking a notable moment for the Indian martial arts community.
