Jammu: In a significant move aimed at reshaping undergraduate management education in India, TalentSprint, an Accenture company, has partnered with Indian Institute of Management Jammu to launch a four-year industry-integrated eBBA (Honours) degree program.
Announced on May 6, 2026, the program seeks to bridge the growing gap between traditional business education and the rapidly evolving demands of the digital economy. The initiative combines academic rigor with practical industry exposure, preparing students for careers shaped by artificial intelligence, data analytics, cloud technologies and digital transformation.
The new-age undergraduate degree will blend core management studies with specialized learning in areas such as Cloud Computing, Data and AI, Digital Infrastructure, and AI-driven business applications. The curriculum will also feature workshops on Generative AI and Agentic AI, alongside applied projects and experiential learning modules.
The collaboration leverages the academic leadership of IIM Jammu and the learning expertise of TalentSprint through the Accenture Centre of Advanced Studies. According to the partners, the program has been designed to ensure students gain both conceptual understanding and practical business readiness.
Speaking on the initiative, Anurag Bansal, Managing Director of Accenture LearnVantage India, said technology is fundamentally transforming how enterprises create value and the kind of skills required for future leadership roles. He noted that the partnership reflects a shared commitment to integrating business acumen with technology-led thinking from the undergraduate stage itself.
Prof. B.S. Sahay, Director of IIM Jammu, said the institution remains committed to redefining management education through industry collaboration. He emphasized that the eBBA (Honours) program aims to produce graduates who are technologically aware, professionally agile and capable of creating impact early in their careers.
The program will be delivered through a digital-first learning model complemented by campus immersions and engagement opportunities, enabling wider access to high-quality management education and IIM credentials across geographies.
Students enrolled in the program will receive an IIM Jammu degree along with alumni status. The curriculum also includes structured career development support such as professional skills training, interview preparation, industry orientation and placement assistance to improve employability outcomes.
Applications for the program opened on May 4, 2026, while classes are scheduled to commence from July 1, 2026.
