Lucknow: A total of 55 candidates secured job offers during a campus recruitment drive organised at the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Aliganj, under the Chief Minister Mission Employment Scheme on Tuesday.

The placement drive brought together leading employers from diverse sectors, offering employment opportunities to skilled ITI graduates and job seekers.

Principal Raj Kumar Yadav said companies including Lift Life Limited, Organic India Pvt. Ltd., Kotak Mahindra Bank, SLMG Beverages, and Satya Solar Ltd. participated in the recruitment exercise for various positions. He encouraged company representatives to maximise recruitment while motivating selected candidates to join their respective organisations and build successful careers.

Placement Officer M.A. Khan informed that 158 candidates participated in the recruitment drive. Following written examinations and personal interviews, 55 applicants were selected for different roles.

The selected candidates will receive monthly salaries ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹17,500, depending on the position and employer.

The campus drive was organised as part of the Uttar Pradesh government’s ongoing efforts under the Chief Minister Mission Employment Scheme to enhance employability, strengthen industry-institute linkages, and create job opportunities for trained youth across the state.

The organisers said such recruitment drives provide a direct platform for employers to connect with skilled candidates while enabling young professionals to begin their careers without having to relocate for the recruitment process.

The event was successfully coordinated with the support of Makbool Qadir, Zed Rahman, institute instructors, and the staff of Grey Sim Learnings Foundation, whose efforts contributed to the smooth conduct of the placement drive.
