Lucknow: In a significant organisational push ahead of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections 2027, the Bharatiya Janata Party (Bharatiya Janata Party) has launched a large-scale campaign aimed at strengthening its grassroots network across the state.
State BJP president Pankaj Chaudhary has prepared an extensive roadmap to visit all districts of Uttar Pradesh between June and August. The initiative is being viewed as a key step towards preparing the ground for “Mission 2027”, as the party shifts its full focus from recent electoral battles to the upcoming state elections.
During these visits, Chaudhary will hold meetings with MPs, MLAs, MLCs, district panchayat chiefs, and senior organisational leaders. Discussions will focus on the implementation of government schemes, the current strength of the party organisation, and the strategies being adopted by the opposition.
Party leaders believe that electoral success in Uttar Pradesh depends not only on governance performance but also on a strong booth-level organisation. With this in mind, detailed interactions have also been planned with district and mandal-level office bearers to assess ground realities.
A notable feature of the outreach programme is that the BJP state president will also visit the homes of senior party workers in each district. These visits are intended to honour long-serving cadres and reinforce the party’s internal culture of recognising grassroots contributions.

Political observers see this initiative as more than a routine organisational exercise. The BJP is reportedly aiming to send a strong message that the leadership remains closely connected with grassroots workers and values their feedback in shaping future strategy.
The party has set its sights on forming government in Uttar Pradesh for a third consecutive term. Meanwhile, opposition parties such as the Samajwadi Party are focusing on strengthening their PDA (Pichhda, Dalit, Alpasankhyak) social coalition, while the Congress is working on promoting Dalit leadership within its organisational framework.
According to party sources, the district-level tours will also help gather critical feedback on local organisational strength, weak constituencies, caste equations, and potential candidates. This input is expected to play a crucial role in shaping BJP’s election strategy for 2027.
With this statewide outreach plan, the BJP has clearly signalled that preparations for the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections 2027 are now in full swing.
