32nd Founders’ Day Celebrations at Seth MR Jaipuria School Inaugurated by MP Sudhanshu Trivedi

Lucknow: The 32nd Founders’ Day celebrations of Seth MR Jaipuria School, Gomtinagar, were inaugurated by Rajya Sabha MP Sudhanshu Trivedi. Addressing the students, Trivedi highlighted the enduring significance of the guru-shishya relationship in Indian tradition. He stated, “In Sanskrit, the word ‘Guru’ denotes ‘one who dissipates darkness,’ while ‘Shishya’ refers to the disciple who receives this enlightenment.”

Trivedi also shed light on India’s contributions to the field of science, particularly the pioneering work of Jagdish Chandra Bose. He remarked, “While Guglielmo Marconi is widely credited with sending the first transatlantic radio signal in 1901, it was India’s Jagdish Chandra Bose who first demonstrated the science behind capturing radio waves. Though Bose did not patent his work, the IEEE recognised him in 2012 as a pioneer in radio and wireless communication.”

The event featured Sharad Jaipuria, chairperson of Seth MR Jaipuria Schools, and Anjali Jaipuria, vice chairperson of The Integral Education Society, who shared their vision for future education.

Sharad Jaipuria encouraged students to focus on personal growth and resilience. “Your journey is about envisioning the kind of life you would like to lead, building the skills needed to reach your goals, and making steady progress one step at a time,” he said.

Anjali Jaipuria spoke poetically about the interplay of silence and action. “There are two great forces in this universe: silence and action. The deeper the silence, the greater the force in action. This stillness creates, and it creates majestically,” she said, inspiring students to embrace introspection as a foundation for success.

The celebration underscored the importance of holistic development, blending academic excellence with personal and spiritual growth.
