Visit Janeshwar Mishra Park and Gomti River Front by riding an e-bike

Lucknow:  Lucknow Development Authority’s Chairman/Divisional Commissioner Dr. Roshan Jacob inaugurated the e-bike facility from Janeshwar Mishra Park – Children from 7 years of age to the elderly, women and Divyangjans can also avail the facility, e-bike will be available at a fee of only Rs 30 to Rs 80.

It will now be very easy to visit Asia’s largest Janeshwar Mishra Park and Gomti River Front. For this, e-bike facility will be available at both the places and tourists will be able to visit the entire area by riding on it.

Lucknow Development Authority’s Chairman/Divisional Commissioner Dr. Roshan Jacob inaugurated the ‘Public Bike Sharing Project’ by inaugurating the e-bike stand installed in Janeshwar Mishra Park. During this, other officials including the Vice President of the Authority Prathamesh Kumar were present.

On this occasion, the Divisional Commissioner said that this project is very useful for the people along with being eco-friendly. Janeshwar Mishra Park is spread over a vast area of ​​376 acres.

Here people can roam only in the area around the gate through which they enter. Now with the availability of e-bike facility, people will be able to visit the entire park easily. LDA Vice President Prathamesh Kumar said that under this project, 04 stands have been installed in Gate No. 1 and 2, Kids Play Area and Central Park in Janeshwar Mishra Park.

At the same time, 01 stand has been built on Gomti River Front. Under this, 100 e-bikes, tricycles, double seat cycles and sports ranger cycles will be available. From children of 7 years of age to the elderly, women and Divyangjans will also be able to ride e-bikes easily by taking advantage of this facility.

He said that these e-bikes will be available to ride only inside Janeshwar Mishra Park. At the same time, in Gomti River Front, they can be operated in the stretch from ADCP office to Gomti Barrage. Vice President Prathamesh Kumar said that the operation and maintenance of the ‘Public Bike Sharing Project’ will be done by the private company Ravir Products LLP.

Operators and employees of the company will be present at each stand. From where e-bikes/cycles can be obtained at a fee of only Rs 30 to Rs 80. Authority Secretary Vivek Srivastava, Additional Secretary Gyanendra Verma, Chief City Planner KK Gautam, Finance Controller Deepak Singh and Joint Secretary Somkamal Sitaram along with other officers and employees were present in the program.
