Lucknow: Bengali Welfare Society organized Jolsaghar Season 2 in the CMS auditorium located in front of SRS Mall, Gomti Nagar. At the beginning of the program, Oindrila, Shimul, Debarati and Madhurima presented Rabindra Nritya in front of all the dignitaries, in which everyone got to see a glimpse of the cultural heritage of poet Guru Rabindranath Tagore. Thereafter, everyone was mesmerized by the dance performance of Shravya Sarkar. After that, all the audience got lost in the glamour of Fashionista Walk.
The members of Bengali Adda presented a cheque to the management committee of Boys Anglo Bengali Inter College for the repair of the college building.
The main attraction of the program was the Antakshari in which a battle of melodies broke out between 6 teams named after different areas of Lucknow.
Everyone enjoyed delicious food at various stalls. The event was successfully organised under the guidance of organising Secretary Pratik Sinha, Treasurer Sunita Roy and with the support of Dr. Lakshmi.
