Gonda: Anandmayi Bajaj, who recently took charge as General Manager–Group Strategy at Bajaj Group, visited the Kundarkhi unit of Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar Limited for the first time. It was also her first unit visit since joining the group’s operations in eastern Uttar Pradesh.
She was warmly welcomed by the unit’s officers and employees. During the visit, Bajaj interacted with sugarcane farmers from the region and discussed their concerns, suggestions and issues related to sugarcane development. She emphasised the need for better coordination between farmers and unit management.
Sakshi Ganodia, Executive Assistant to Group Chairman Kushagra Bajaj, was also present. Managing Director Ajay Sharma, Unit Head P.N. Singh, HR Coordinator Narendra Kumar Shukla and other senior officials attended the visit. Sharma briefed her on the unit and its operations.
Bajaj inspected the sugar and power plants and reviewed production, operations and working procedures. She also issued necessary directions to officials for improving the functioning of the unit.
Her first visit generated enthusiasm among the officers and employees of the Kundarkhi unit.
