Lucknow – Top tennis players from Uttar Pradesh and various other states will showcase their skills at the Adarsh Bhasin Memorial AITA Championship Series (CS-7) Tennis Tournament, set to begin on March 24.
Organized by SDS Tennis Academy under the aegis of the Uttar Pradesh Tennis Association, the tournament matches will be held from March 24 to 28, 2025, at the tennis courts of Vijayant Khand Stadium, Gomtinagar. Over the five-day event, competitions will be held in the Under-18 boys’ and girls’ singles and doubles categories.
Pawan Sagar from SDS Tennis Academy stated that following the impressive performances witnessed during the recently concluded Chandra Prakash Agrawal Memorial UP State Ranking Tennis Tournament, tennis enthusiasts can now look forward to witnessing some of the finest talents from across the country.
The tournament will be inaugurated on March 24, 2025, at 11 am. Chief Guest for the opening ceremony will be Suhas L.Y. (IAS), Secretary, Sports Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh. The event will also be graced by Special Guests Piyush Verma (IFS), Special Secretary, Industrial Development, and Dr. R.P. Singh, Director, Sports Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
Matches will begin daily from 9 am, and the finals will be played on March 28, 2025.
