Gonda: A new showroom of Joy e-Bike, a leading electric two-wheeler brand, was inaugurated with much enthusiasm at Circular Road, opposite a petrol pump in Gonda city. The showroom was formally opened by senior Samajwadi Party leader Suraj Singh, who cut the ceremonial ribbon in the presence of company representatives, business leaders, and local residents.
Speaking on the occasion, Suraj Singh highlighted the growing importance of electric vehicles in the face of rising fuel prices and increasing environmental concerns. He said that electric bikes are emerging as a practical, economical, and environmentally friendly mode of transportation.
“Electric vehicles not only reduce the burden of fuel expenses on consumers but also play a significant role in controlling pollution and promoting sustainable development. The opening of this showroom will provide residents of the district with greater access to modern and eco-friendly mobility solutions,” he said.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Om Prakash Gupta, Vice President of Joy e-Bike, and dealer Rakesh Kumar Agrawal, along with several prominent members of the local business and social community, including Devendra Singh, Mausam Garg, Yash Garg, Akash Garg, Archit Agrawal, Vansh Agrawal, Mayank Agrawal, Aditya Agrawal, Gaurav Modanwal, Devesh Bansal, Pranshu Nevatia, Shivam Nevatia, and Shagun Rastogi.
During the event, guests toured the showroom and were briefed on the features, specifications, and benefits of various electric two-wheeler models offered by the company. Representatives showcased the latest technology, battery performance, and cost-saving advantages associated with electric mobility.
The inauguration generated considerable excitement among local residents, many of whom expressed interest in exploring electric vehicles as a cleaner and more affordable alternative to conventional petrol-powered motorcycles and scooters.
