Lucknow: In a significant crackdown, the Lucknow Police, in coordination with the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) at Amausi Airport, have arrested a notorious gangster with a history of multiple criminal offenses. The operation took place on October 13, 2025, around 11:30 AM.
The arrested individual has been identified as Ram Shukla alias Durgesh, son of Radheshyam Shukla, aged approximately 36 years, resident of Arjun Nagar, Lucknow. He was apprehended with 82 illegal cartridges, highlighting his involvement in criminal and prohibited activities.
The arrest was executed under the supervision of Inspector Krishnakant Singh of CISF, and the accused has been booked under FIR No. 1354/3025 at Sarojininagar Police Station, Lucknow. The gangster is known to be a highly skilled criminal with a long record of offenses, including fraud, theft, and other serious crimes dating back to 2010.
Method of Crime:
The accused has been involved in illegal activities including possession of prohibited ammunition and orchestrating criminal operations across multiple districts.
