Lucknow: In a significant development, an accused involved in illegally occupying a property at a residence in Sushant Golf City was arrested by the police team on January 11, 2015.
On January 7, 2015, a written complaint was filed at the Sushant Golf City Police Station by the complainant (victim) stating that she was assaulted by the accused parties, who not only stole her belongings but also harassed her vehicle. Additionally, they had forcefully entered her residence and locked it up. The incident was subsequently registered under Section 12/2025, with further investigations initiated.
Following a detailed investigation and a tip-off, police apprehended Ashish Kumar, a resident of Khurdi Market, Sushant Golf City, and Sagar Yadav, a resident of the same area, in connection with the incident. The investigation revealed that the accused were involved in unlawful activities, including property grabbing and harassment, leading to their arrest under relevant sections.

- Ashish Kumar (Age: 34) – Son of Kascha Sagar, a resident of Khurdi Market, Sushant Golf City, Lucknow. The accused works in a news distribution business.
- Criminal Charges:
- Sections 12/2025, 74/329(3), 191(23/115)(2) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
- Further charges under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
Arresting Police Team:
The arrest was carried out by the Sushant Golf City Police Team, supported by the Crime Branch Team, under the leadership of senior officers.
