Lucknow: Under the “Voter Awareness Campaign” of Uttar Pradesh Adarsh Vyapar Mandal organized an oath taking program  in Pragati Bazaar Kapoorthala.

Officials of Kapoorthala unit of the organization took the oath of compulsory voting in Pragati Bazaar, Kapoorthala.
State President of Uttar Pradesh Adarsh Vyapar Mandal, Sanjay Gupta administered the oath of compulsory voting to the traders of Kapoorthala and made everyone aware to vote compulsorily. And the traders themselves pledged to vote and inspire others to vote.

After the oath taking program, the officials of the organization conducted a public outreach event by taking out a march to the shops of Pragati Bazaar, Kapoorthala and made the traders aware about the mandatory voting. On this occasion, the state president of the organization, Sanjay Gupta said that the biggest weapon that citizens have in democracy is vote. All citizens must use this weapon, he also appealed to the businessmen to rise above caste and religion and vote and said that the businessmen will have to establish themselves as a strong business vote bank, only then their problems will be solved.

Senior Vice President of Trans Gomti, Brahm Prakash Awasthi said that Uttar Pradesh Adarsh Vyapar Mandal’s effort is to increase the percentage of voting in this Lok Sabha election. State Senior Vice President of the organization, Avinash Tripathi said that Adarsh Vyapar Mandal will ensure 100 percent voting in the capital. “Voter Awareness Campaign” will be run in all the districts of the state, he said that as part of the voter awareness campaign, a padayatra, torch procession, foot march and voter awareness rally will be taken out from April 15.
