Patna/Lucknow: The Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) has claimed that it could play a decisive role in the political arithmetic of Uttar Pradesh, with party state president Raghu Mishra asserting that voters from Brahmin, Manjhi, Bind and Nishad communities could influence the outcome in around 125 Assembly constituencies.
