Maha Kumbh Nagar: A historic initiative has been taken to make the Maha Kumbh (Maha Kumbh) a memorable event on the sacred banks of the Triveni at Sangam. As part of this initiative, over 10,000 indelible souvenirs of Maha Kumbh have been sent to Russia, Germany, France, Israel, and Italy. These souvenirs include the famous guavas of Prayagraj, along with bael and banana saplings. The vision of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for a green and cultural Maha Kumbh has been appreciated by the President of the Akhara Parishad and all the Mahamandaleshwars. In Maha Kumbh Nagar, devotees from across the country and abroad were distributed fruit-bearing plants, neem, and tulsi saplings as Maha Prasad by the Bade Hanuman Temple and Baghambari Math.
Special Maha Prasad for Devotees and Saints
Under the guidance of Mahant and Shri Math Baghambari Peethadhishwar Pujya Balveer Giri Ji Maharaj, the Achala Saptami Mahotsav was organized at Shri Math Baghambari Gaddi at the banks of Sangam. During this festival, saints and devotees were offered Maha Prasad, which included saplings along with a bag and a plate. Shri Mahant Balveer Giri stated that receiving a sapling in Prayag is a sign of great fortune as it symbolizes awareness towards life and the environment.
Youngest Ganga Sevak honored by CM Yogi and environmentalist Manas Chirvijay Sankrityayan said that with the blessings of CM Yogi Adityanath and Shri Math Baghambari Peethadhishwar Balveer Giri, the vision of a green Maha Kumbh is being realized.
