Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow Concludes Business Management Conclave on Building Future-Ready Organisations Through AI

Lucknow: Examining the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in business management and its growing influence across key organisational functions, Jaipuria Institute of Management hosted the Business Management Conclave 2026 at its Lucknow campus, bringing together industry leaders, academicians, faculty and students.

Centred on the theme “The AI Imperative – Building Future-Ready Organisations,” the conclave examined how AI is moving into core business functions including Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations and Business Analytics. Discussions covered customer analytics, personalised engagement, AI-assisted recruitment, financial forecasting, risk management, predictive maintenance, demand forecasting and data-driven decision-making. The discussions also addressed responsible AI adoption, organisational culture, ethics, governance and policy as organisations integrate AI into business functions.

The inaugural session featured Dr. Sushma Vishnani, Director, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow; Mr. Biraja Prasad Tripathy, Guest of Honour and Head of Products, JioBlackRock Mutual Fund; and Dr. Yogesh Shete, Chief Guest and Managing Director – GCC, PwC India. The session also included a vote of thanks by Dr. Hemendra Gupta, Dean Academics, Jaipuria Institute of Management.

Industry perspectives at the conclave examined the implications of AI across people, customers, financial decisions and enterprise operations. Amogh Mehrotra, Vice President – Mergers & Acquisition, JPMorgan Chase;  Karan Rana, Gen AI Marketing Lead, Swiggy;  Harsh Vardhan, Chief Digital Transformation Leader, Apollo Tyres;  Veera Reddy, Chief People Officer, Accion Labs;  Vivek Srivastava, Managing Director – Business Transformation, PwC India;  Vivek Soundarapandian, Director, BI & Visualisation, LatentView Analytics; and  Yogesh Verma, Director – Generative AI, Novartis brought perspectives from financial services, marketing, people management, business transformation and analytics.

An expert session on “Leveraging AI for Business Success,” led by  Subhi Shildhankar, Co-Founder & CHRO, Cloud Counselage Pvt. Ltd., added an industry perspective on applying AI to contemporary business challenges. The broader discussions also connected AI adoption with the requirements of future managers and business leaders, including responsible adoption, organisational culture, ethics, governance and policy.

Student engagements included a quiz, Insta Reel Competition and Poster Presentation Competition, with the respective winners announced during the programme. The concluding networking session brought together speakers, industry leaders, faculty, alumni and students, followed by a vote of thanks by Dr. Nilesh Kumar Tiwari, Assistant Professor, Jaipuria Institute of Management.
