From Noida’s Gurjari thali to Gorakhpur’s samosa-chhole, the taste was on the lips of the audience. The audience enjoyed the tastes of more than 10 districts of UP

Greater Noida: If it is a holiday and there are spicy tastes from different places under one roof, then how can the taste lovers miss the platter? Due to the holiday on Saturday, there was a huge crowd of visitors at the UP International Trade Show. The visitors not only did a lot of shopping but also enjoyed the spicy yet sumptuous delicacies. There was a long queue of customers at the stalls of delicious tastes from Noida, Ghazipur, Mathura, Prayagraj, Agra, Aligarh, Moradabad, Ghaziabad, Gorakhpur, Kanpur, Ballia, Banaras and Lucknow.

Craze for Noida’s Gurjari thali

The UP International Trade Show was organized in Greater Noida. In such a situation, every visitor who reaches the trade show is unable to stop himself from tasting the Gurjari thali of Noida. Its specialty makes it different from the rest. Stall operator Arun Bhati said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath encourage the use of coarse grains. Our effort is to once again find a place in the plate of coarse grains. Gurjari thali is made of coarse grains. We give jowar, bajra roti, mustard greens, dal in the thali. Not only this, the number of lovers of buttermilk and kadhi rice is also not less.

Khurchan of Khurja and biryani of Lucknow attracted the crowd

There was a line of lovers of taste at the Khurchan stall of Khurja in UP International Trade. Actually, the taste of Khurchan is like this. The stall operator said that it is being liked a lot in the trade show. Khurchan of Khurja is anyway very famous in Delhi-NCR. Visitors coming to the trade show are also tasting it. And what can be said about Lucknow’s biryani. Looking at the line outside the stall, it could be said that the aroma of biryani had attracted people. Ashish Yadav, who came from Bulandshahr, said that the taste of Lucknow’s biryani was the same as that found in Lucknow city, the aroma of spices reminded him of his visit to Lucknow last year.

Gazipur’s Palak Patta Chaat and Mathura’s Peda

Palak Patta Chaat, whoever heard this in the trade show, his steps automatically moved towards the stall of Ghazipur. After eating the chaat made with spicy spices on crispy spinach leaves, the audience could not stop themselves from praising it. It had such a mixture of sour-sweet chutney that once people ate it, they were asking for it again and again. There were many stalls for those who liked sweets along with spicy food. The audience bought a lot of Mathura’s Peda. The sweetness of Mathura’s Peda was such that customers were getting it packed and taking it home.

Dahi Jalebi of Prayagraj and Panchhi Petha of Agra

Dahi Jalebi, Dahi Imarti and Kulhad Lassi were being sold at the stall in Prayagraj. Stall operator Rajkumar said that Jalebi and Imarti are available in the entire NCR including the capital Delhi, but the taste of Jalebi with curd is available only in Prayagraj.

A large number of people are coming to taste Jalebi with curd. Customers are also liking its taste. Similarly, Panchhi Petha of Agra is famous all over India. The sweetness of Petha and its different varieties are also attracting the attention of customers in the trade show.

Chole Samosa of Gorakhpur and Tilla Kulfi of Ghaziabad

Chole Samosa of Gorakhpur are known for their spicy and tangy taste and its magic remains intact in the trade show. This confluence of Chole and Samosa was liked by the customers a lot. Ankita from Meerut said that she has eaten samosas before but eating them with chole is a different pleasure. Ghaziabad’s cold and creamy tilla kulfi made of condensed milk was also liked by the customers.

Taste lovers were coming to the stall again and again to buy it. Ghaziabad’s Vinay Sharma said that he ate kulfi after a long time. Childhood memories were refreshed. Ballia stall operator Dharmendra said that the craze for litti chokha is still there.

If we believe Rahul, operator of Modinagar’s Jain Shikanji stall, Shikanji is selling very well. Shikanji is being sold in a bottle of Rs. 10. A long line of customers was also seen to buy eco thali being sold for Rs. 70.
