Lucknow: Customer-focused businesses and strong professional networks will be crucial in achieving Uttar Pradesh’s ambitious goal of becoming a $1 trillion economy, renowned management expert and international motivational speaker Dr. Pawan Agrawal said while addressing BNI NETCON 2026 at The Centrum, Lucknow.
Speaking before an audience of more than 900 entrepreneurs, professionals, manufacturers, and industry leaders, Dr. Agrawal emphasized that customer satisfaction must remain at the heart of every business strategy.
“Uttar Pradesh is among India’s fastest-growing economies and is steadily progressing toward the $1 trillion economy vision envisioned by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Customer satisfaction should be the primary objective of every business. Every business activity must be customer-centric, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction is the ethical responsibility of every individual within an organization,” he said.
Organized by BNI (Business Network International), the world’s largest business networking and referral organization, NETCON 2026 aimed to foster meaningful business relationships, referrals, and strategic collaborations among entrepreneurs from diverse sectors. Organizers estimate that the event could generate business opportunities worth over ₹30 crore—more than double the value created during the previous edition.
