Lucknow: Ram Navami celebrations in Lucknow were marked with grandeur and enthusiasm as the traditional procession made its way through the city amid tight security and administrative vigilance.
The vibrant procession passed through prominent routes including Daliganj, Jinnaton Wali Masjid, Bhool Bhulaiya, Rumi Gate, Chowk, and Koneshwar. The atmosphere was festive, with saffron flags and devotional chants filling the air.
The city administration remained on high alert throughout the event. As the procession reached Chowk, Assistant Commissioner of Police Rajkumar Singh and his team were seen actively managing the crowd and ensuring smooth passage. In the Ghantaghar area, Inspector Shrikant Rai led the local security arrangements, maintaining close supervision.
The entire event was closely monitored by DCP West Vishwajeet Srivastava and Additional DCP Dhananjay Singh Kushwaha. Their coordinated efforts ensured peace and order throughout the route.
Station Officers Nagesh Upadhyay and Shrikant Rai also played a key role in maintaining law and order, facilitating the peaceful and successful conclusion of the Ram Navami yatra.
