Lucknow: Goel Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Lucknow, organised a bike rally to mark the 11th Ayurveda Day and promote awareness about Ayurveda and healthy living.
The rally, led by Dr Naushan Raza, began at Samta Mulak Chauraha, where a large number of college students participated with enthusiasm. Through the awareness drive, students highlighted the importance of Ayurveda as an Indian system of medicine and its role in preventive healthcare and maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
The participants urged people to learn more about Ayurveda and adopt healthy habits. Organisers said such public outreach programmes help familiarise people with the relevance of Ayurveda while spreading awareness about health protection and wellness.
The event also highlighted the importance of taking India’s traditional knowledge of Ayurveda to a wider section of society. On the occasion, Goel Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital extended greetings to Uttar Pradesh Minister of State (Independent Charge) for AYUSH, Dr Dayashankar Mishra ‘Dayalu’, on the 11th Ayurveda Day.
