Lucknow: A meeting of the Divisional Facilitation Council, Lucknow, was held at the Niryaat Bhawan Auditorium under the chairmanship of Divisional Commissioner Vijay Vishwas Pant to address cases related to delayed payments to micro and small enterprises.
During the meeting, 30 references were presented for conciliation. The Council issued necessary directions to the concerned parties to resolve the matters through mutual settlement and facilitate timely resolution of the payment-related disputes.
A further 22 references were placed for disposal through arbitration. In one of these cases, payment had already been received, following which the Council decided to close the proceedings in the matter.
The meeting was attended by Anil Kumar, Member-Secretary and Joint Commissioner, Industries, Lucknow Division; Arun Bhatia, representative of Laghu Udyog Bharati; and Arun Kumar Gupta, retired District Judge. Parties associated with the listed references were also present.
