Bhopal: Apna Dal (Sonelal) Madhya Pradesh organised an online training session for its newly appointed district presidents under the leadership of party National President and Union Minister of State Anupriya Patel. The session focused on strengthening the organisation at the grassroots level and preparing office-bearers for future responsibilities and expansion plans.
The training programme was guided by party National General Secretary and Madhya Pradesh in-charge R.B. Singh Patel, while state president Man Singh Bisen chaired the session. Political strategist Dr Atul Malikram delivered a presentation outlining targets and the party’s upcoming action plan.
Addressing the newly appointed district presidents, R.B. Singh Patel emphasised the importance of a strong organisational structure and active workers. He said, “The real strength of any organisation lies in its committed workers and strong district-level units. All district presidents should expand the organisation within the stipulated timeframe and take the party’s ideology and public welfare issues effectively to the people.”
Patel also highlighted the need for nationalisation of education and implementation of a uniform education system, stressing that these issues should remain among the party’s key priorities.
Party National Secretary and National President of the IT Forum, Vinod Gangwar, spoke about the effective and responsible use of social media. He said digital platforms have become one of the most powerful tools to connect with people and communicate party policies and public welfare initiatives. He urged office-bearers to use social media positively and ensure that information shared with the public remains factual and responsible.
State President Man Singh Bisen said the training was not limited to explaining responsibilities but was aimed at improving organisational efficiency. He called upon district presidents to build strong teams in their respective districts and work towards taking the organisation to new heights.
Political strategist Dr Atul Malikram said a successful organisation is one that sets clear goals and works within a defined timeline. He stressed that district presidents must focus on organisational expansion, public outreach and local issues during the next 30 days to develop a result-oriented work culture.
During his presentation, Malikram discussed strategies related to organisational growth, public engagement, identification of local issues, coordination with workers and effective communication. He encouraged office-bearers to adopt a target-based approach to strengthen the party’s presence.
District presidents from across Madhya Pradesh participated in the session, including Triloki Singh from Singrauli, Surendra Nahar from Bhopal, Chaitram Prajapati from Seoni, Tikamchandra Sharma from Indore, Ajay Bihari Patel from Mauganj, Rajmani Singh Patel from Satna, Ashok Patel from Rewa, Rahul Singh from Gwalior, Manoj Patel from Maihar, Ramesh Patel from Umaria, Kamlesh Patel from Jabalpur and Manish Sarvaiya from Sagar, among others.
During the meeting, district presidents were instructed to complete the appointment of district executive committees and assembly-level presidents before August 15. They were also urged to raise public issues effectively at the administrative level and ensure that the organisation reaches every booth across the state.
