33rd Real Estate Agent Training Session Begins in Lucknow

Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA) has launched its 33rd Real Estate Agent Training Session in Lucknow, reinforcing its commitment to a transparent and consumer-centric property sector. The four-day programme, inaugurated online by Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy, is being held at the Indian Literacy House on Kanpur Road.

A total of 43 participants have enrolled in the current batch, aiming to become certified and registered real estate agents. The training focuses on legal provisions, ethical practices and professional competence. Key topics include the RERA Act, Transfer of Property Act, Contract Act, marketing guidelines and the Construction Linked Payment Plan.

Chairman Bhoosreddy emphasized that promoters, agents and RERA form the three pillars of credibility in the sector. An examination will be conducted at the end of the session, and successful candidates will receive certification for registration. So far, over 1,000 candidates have qualified through previous sessions.
