On Friday, Mamta Kulkarni, clad in saffron robes, arrived at the camp of the Kinnar Akhara in Sector 16 of the Mahakumbh. The announcement of her arrival drew a massive crowd of onlookers, eager to witness this significant event.
According to information released by the Kinnar Akhara, Mamta Kulkarni will formally be anointed as Mahamandaleshwar during a special ceremony. Before her coronation, she is scheduled to perform pind daan rituals at the Sangam. The coronation will take place at the Kinnar Akhara camp at 6 PM, where she will receive her new ascetic name, Shri Yamini Mamta Nand Giri.
