Let there be light is the motto in Ayodhya

Ayodhya: This time also a world record of Deepotsav will be made in Ayodhya. A world record will be made by lighting 25 lakh lamps simultaneously at Ram Ki Paidi. At the same time, 10 lakh lamps will also be lit in the Ayodhya city area.

In this way 35 lakh lamps will be lit. Governor Anandiben Patel and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will worship Shri Ram, Janaki and Laxman Swaroop. Along with this, symbolic coronation of Shri Ram will be done.

Tourism and Culture Minister Jaiveer Singh gave this information in the review meeting of the preparations for Deepotsav. He said that the Tourism and Culture Department will organize cultural programs based on the events of Ramayana at various places in Ayodhya from 28 to 30 October in coordination with the local administration. In this, programs will be presented by domestic and foreign artists.

Glimpses of Treta Yug will be shown

Ten big cultural platforms are being constructed. Glimpses of Treta Yug will be shown on these with state-of-the-art technology. The main events will be organized on 30 October at Rampath, Ramkatha Park, Ram Ki Paidi and Saryu banks etc. The Rampath mobile show will be inaugurated by the team with 30 artists and tableaus based on various incidents of Ramayana. The images of Shri Ram-Sita and Lakshman will land on the Ram Katha Park helipad by a helicopter with a symbolic flower plane.

Tourism department’s app and coffee table book will be released

Jaiveer Singh said that on this occasion, the tourism department’s app and coffee table book will be released. On this occasion, Ramlila will be presented by artists from Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia and Nepal. At the same time, a procession will be taken out by 250 artists of Faruwahi folk dance Bahurupiya, Awadhi folk dance, Bamrasiya, Tharu, folk dance, Diwari folk dance, Dhobiya dance dance, Rai folk dance, Dhedhiya dance dance, Mayur dance, tribal dance.
