Bareilly: In line with the orders of District Magistrate/District Election Officer Ravindra Kumar, a special training program was organized at Government Inter College for the personnel who came late in the last training, the personnel who were relieved from election duty due to poor health and the polling personnel doing election duty for the first time from among the personnel deployed in the Lok Sabha constituency. The inspection was carried out by the District Election Officer. During the inspection, instructions were given to learn properly whatever is being taught in the training and complete the election work in an impartial manner while fulfilling their respective responsibilities.
The master trainers providing training were also instructed to keep asking questions to the personnel receiving training from time to time, so that it can be known whether the personnel are understanding the things being told during the training or not. Necessary guidelines were provided to ensure that there is no laxity in the training and all preparations are made as per the instructions given by the Election Commission of India.
Chief Development Officer/Incharge Election Personnel/Training Jag Pravesh informed that after the notice etc. were issued, FIR has been registered under relevant sections against four workers who were absent even in the final training, which includes Shiksha Mitra Manorama Sharma, Varsha Sharma, Manorama Gangwar and Safai Karamchari Afzal.
