Lucknow: The Yogi Adityanath government is working on a war footing to make Mahakumbh-25 divine, grand and new. While the work of decorating the entire city in a grand manner is going on in full swing before the Mahakumbh, on the other hand, special arrangements are also being made for the security of the devotees coming to the Mahakumbh.
On one hand, the police of the Yogi government will keep an eye on every area. On the other hand, preparations are underway to make the security system even more robust through technology. The most important role in this will be played by AI (Artificial Intelligence) based CCTV cameras.
The Yogi government will install more than 2500 CCTVs in the entire city. These also include AI based CCTV cameras, which will be directly connected to the control room.
One thousand CCTVs installed, monitoring will be done through a total of 2750 CCTVs
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath recently reviewed the works of the Mahakumbh in Prayagraj. Fair Officer Vijay Kiran Anand said that the CM had instructed the officials to complete all the work by December 15. Also, instructions were given to strengthen the security system so that the devotees do not face any inconvenience during the Maha Kumbh. After this, development works have picked up pace. On the instructions of CM Yogi, work is going on to install 2,750 high-tech CCTVs to make the security system impenetrable in the entire city. At the same time, AI based CCTV cameras will also be installed at many major places and fair area. So far one thousand CCTVs have also been installed at various places. At the same time, all these cameras will be directly connected to the control room. Direct monitoring will be done on the devotees coming and going from here. Apart from this, 80 VMD TV screens will be installed at various places in the city. Through this, various important information will be displayed.
Fair area and major places will be equipped with AI based real time alert CCTVs
More than 25 crore devotees are expected to come to the Maha Kumbh. In such a situation, AI based real time alert CCTVs with crowd management system are also being installed in the fair area, the route leading to the fair and the main routes of the city. Separate arrangements are being made in the control room for its monitoring. A dedicated 50-seater call center is being set up for the Maha Kumbh Mela Helpline 1920, where policemen will be deployed 24 hours a day. All of them will share every moment’s update with the officials. At the same time, if any suspicious person, object or if a large crowd gathers at a place, information will be given to the concerned outpost and police station so that the crowd can be reduced from there. Also, real time alert CCTV will play an important role in preventing the crowd from gathering at one place.
AI based parking management system will be adopted for better parking management
In view of the number of devotees, special focus is being given on parking. Parking arrangements are being made for more than five lakh vehicles here. Strict security arrangements are also being made at these places. AI based parking management system will be adopted here for better parking management. Through this, every vehicle will be monitored. Like at what time the vehicle arrived, for how long it stayed in the parking and when it left the parking and where it went, etc.
