Gonda Yoga Instructors Receive Special Training at Patanjali Yogpeeth in Haridwar

Gonda: Yoga practitioners and instructors from Gonda participated in a specialised training camp for chief yoga instructors at Patanjali Yogpeeth in Haridwar, strengthening their efforts to promote yoga, wellness and healthy living in the district.

Gonda yoga practitioner Sudhanshu Dwivedi and yoga instructors Ashish Gupta, Anil Bhatt and Gaurav Gupta attended the training programme, where they received instruction in yoga, pranayama, meditation and various aspects of yoga teaching.

The participants also shared their experiences of conducting regular yoga activities and reiterated their commitment to taking yoga to a wider section of society.

A key highlight of the camp was an interaction with yoga guru Swami Ramdev, from whom the Gonda-based practitioners received blessings and guidance. He encouraged yoga practitioners and instructors to spread the message of health and a positive lifestyle through regular yoga practice.

The four instructors have been conducting yoga classes, camps and public awareness programmes at different locations across Gonda for several years. Their objective is to make yoga an integral part of everyday healthy living rather than limiting it to occasional practice.

The training in Haridwar and guidance from Swami Ramdev have provided fresh motivation to the instructors, who plan to expand yoga-related activities across Gonda and encourage more people to adopt regular yoga practice.
