Students from nine schools show off their talent, energy and creativity across a range of competitions
Lucknow: Holy Shrine Inter College hosted the Swarna Sadana Memorial Inter-School Competition, which drew students from nine Lucknow schools. They took part with great enthusiasm across a variety of events. The host school, Holy Shrine Inter College, took home the Champions Trophy. Vardan International School finished as runner-up, and Doon Valley School came third as second runner-up.


Dr Arvind Mohan Dwivedi, Dean at Ranchi University and author of several books, was the chief guest.
The day’s events included debates in Hindi and English, essay writing, Shloka recitation, and vocal music in both Indian and Western styles. Students brought real energy to each round and displayed their command of language, clarity of thought and cultural grounding.

The judging panel included Minty Bhatia, Piyusha Sharma, Uzma Siddiqui, Tanya Sahni, Charulata Sanwal, Vibha Bose, Meenu Srivastava, Sahil Srivastava, Yashasvi Srivastava, Dr Jai Prakash Tiwari, Shri Vishwakarma, KP Shukla, Smriti Bisht and Poonam Juneja.

Students from Rasphil Academy, SBM School, Wisdom Way School, LBS Inter College, Trinity School and Universal Public School also took part.
The school’s Director, Ujjwala Shankar, welcomed and felicitated the guests, judges and participants. Principal Chhaya Asthana thanked everyone for their support and acknowledged all those who helped make the event a success.
