Mumbai: The latest episode of Anupamaa, produced by Deepa Shahi and Rajan Shahi under Director’s Kut Productions, delivers a blend of emotional moments, family tensions, and unexpected revelations that leave the Shah household shaken.
The episode opens with Digvijay trying his best to lift Anupama’s spirits as she remains worried about Rahi and Prem. His playful singing and light-hearted antics finally bring a smile to her face. While sharing a sweet treat with her, Digvijay reminds Anupama not to burden herself with problems beyond her control and reassures her that Prem and Rahi’s relationship is strong enough to survive the current storm. However, Anupama admits that she fears how ego can sometimes damage even the strongest bonds.
Meanwhile, Vasundhara attempts to influence Prem’s thinking. She insists that Rahi would never intentionally go against him and subtly shifts the blame toward Anupama. Encouraging Prem to view the situation as a test of his relationship, she urges him not to let misunderstandings destroy his marriage. The emotional tension finally eases when Rahi apologizes to Prem and the two reconcile. Prem confesses that he cannot imagine life without her and asks her to stand by him. In return, Rahi seeks a promise that he will never again speak of separation. Their heartfelt exchange marks a hopeful turn in their relationship.
At the Shah house, another development takes centre stage. Anupama learns that Ansh and Prerna have acknowledged their feelings for each other. Gathering the family together, she shares the news, leaving everyone stunned. While Hasmuk supports the match and prioritizes Ansh’s happiness, Leela strongly opposes the alliance, creating fresh conflict within the family.
The drama intensifies when Ishani confronts Banku about his sudden decision to leave. Unable to hide her feelings any longer, she openly declares her affection for him, leaving both Banku and Digvijay shocked.
The episode ends on a dramatic note when Leela refuses to accept Ansh and Prerna’s alliance and angrily throws away the sweets brought to celebrate the occasion.
