Union Bank of India Donates Water Cooler at Hanumant Dham on the Auspicious Occasion of Bada Mangal

Lucknow: Demonstrating its commitment towards community welfare and social responsibility, Union Bank of India, Zonal Office Lucknow, donated a water cooler for the devotees visiting Hanumant Dham, Lucknow, on the auspicious occasion of Bada Mangal.

The water cooler has been installed in the temple courtyard to provide clean and chilled drinking water to the large number of devotees who visit the temple, especially during the Bada Mangal celebrations. The initiative was undertaken as part of the Bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities aimed at serving the community and supporting public welfare.

The donation ceremony was graced by  Rajesh Kumar, Zonal Head, Lucknow, along with  P. K. Awasthi, Deputy Assurance Head, Zonal Office Lucknow, Himanshu Mishra, Regional Head, Lucknow South, Sushil Kumar, Regional Head, Lucknow North, and  Ajay Khare, EBC Head, Lucknow & Varanasi.

Speaking on the occasion, Rajesh Kumar emphasized the Bank’s commitment to contributing towards society through meaningful CSR initiatives. He stated that access to safe drinking water is a basic necessity, and the installation of the water cooler will benefit thousands of devotees visiting Hanumant Dham throughout the year.

The temple management and devotees expressed their gratitude to Union Bank of India for this thoughtful contribution and appreciated the Bank’s continued efforts towards community development and public service.
