Education Desk, New Delhi: The CBSE board exams for Class 10th and 12th are set to begin on February 15, 2025. This year, more than 44 lakh students will appear for the board exams across both classes. With the exams fast approaching, students are eagerly awaiting their admit cards. According to media reports, the wait may soon be over as CBSE is likely to make the admit cards available on its official website, www.cbse.gov.in.

Where Can Students Access Their Admit Cards?

  • For Regular Students: Students studying in regular mode will be able to collect their admit cards from their respective schools. They will not be able to download them themselves. After the admit cards are released, schools will download and distribute them to all students.
  • For Private Students: Students studying in private mode will need to download their admit cards themselves from the official website. They will need to log in with their details to access the admit cards.

Steps to Download the Admit Card

  1. Visit the official CBSE website at cbse.gov.in.
  2. On the homepage, click on the ‘Examination Sangam Portal.’
  3. Click on ‘Continue’ and then select ‘Pre-Exam Activities.’
  4. Click on the ‘Admit Card Link.’
  5. Enter the required details (such as school information) and submit.
  6. The admit card will be displayed on the screen, and you can download and take a printout.

Board Exam Dates for Class 10th and 12th

  • Class 10th exams will be held from February 15 to March 18, 2025.
  • Class 12th exams will begin on February 15 and conclude on April 4, 2025.

Students must ensure that they carry their admit cards to the exam centers, as entry will be denied without the admit card, and they will not be allowed to sit for the exams.
