Gonda: A grand and ceremonial passing-out parade marked the successful completion of a nine-month rigorous training programme for 497 recruit constables at the Reserve Police Lines in Gonda.
The training was conducted under the supervision of Superintendent of Police Vineet Jaiswal. The समारोह witnessed proud moments for the recruits, their families, and the police department as the trainees formally stepped into service.
Inspector General of Police, Devipatan Range, Amit Pathak attended the event as the chief guest and took the ceremonial salute. He also inspected the parade and received the guard of honour. The recruits impressed attendees with a synchronized and disciplined march past, reflecting their high level of training, coordination, and confidence.
During the ceremony, SP Vineet Jaiswal administered the oath of office and secrecy, urging the newly inducted constables to discharge their duties with integrity, impartiality, sensitivity, and dedication. In his address, he подчеркнул that policing is not merely a job but a committed service to society, requiring discipline, patience, resilience, and swift decision-making.
Several recruits were honoured for their outstanding performance during the training period. Recruit constables Samar Pal Verma and Shailendra Yadav received special awards for excellence in both indoor and outdoor training. Nityanand Tripathi was adjudged the “Best All-Round Recruit Constable” for his overall exceptional performance. Other trainees who secured top positions in various disciplines were also awarded trophies and commendation certificates.
The parade was conducted under the leadership of Parade Commanders Saubhagya, Abhay Yadav, and Abhay Pratap Singh, whose coordination ensured a flawless execution of the event.

The Superintendent of Police also commended the efforts of indoor and outdoor trainers for their professionalism and dedication in imparting high-quality training. Among those recognised for their contributions were ITI instructor Anil Kumar Yadav, PTI Seraj Ahmed, and computer operators Indresh Kumar Gupta and Praveen Pandey.
The ceremony was attended by Assistant Superintendent of Police Abhishek Davachya, trainee IPS officer Pradeep Kumar, Additional SP (West) Radheshyam Rai, and Additional SP (East) Ajit Kumar Rajak, along with other officials and personnel.
The event concluded with best wishes extended to the newly trained constables as they embark on their journey in public service.
