LDA Opens Registration for 498 Plots in Anant Nagar Scheme from April 28

Lucknow: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced the reopening of registrations for 498 residential plots under its ambitious Anant Nagar Housing Scheme. The registration process will begin on April 28 and remain open until May 27, 2026, with applications to be submitted entirely online.

The decision was approved by LDA Vice Chairman Prathamesh Kumar, who stated that the allotment of plots will be carried out through a transparent lottery system.

Project Overview: A Modern Township on Mohan Road

The Anant Nagar Scheme is being developed over 785 acres along Mohan Road in Lucknow, and is envisioned as a modern, well-planned township catering to nearly 1.5 lakh residents. Designed on international standards, the project follows a grid-based layout with wide roads and advanced infrastructure.

  • Underground cabling for uninterrupted power supply
  • A large Edutech City zone
  • Around 130 acres dedicated to parks and green spaces

Details of Available Plots

Out of the 498 plots available in the fourth phase:

  • 155 plots are of 288 sq. m.
  • 178 plots are of 200 sq. m.
  • 165 plots are of 162 sq. m.

Most of the plots—493 units—are located in Alok Khand, while 4 plots are in Adarsh Khand and 1 plot in Akash Khand.

Strong Response in Previous Phases

LDA officials noted that in the first three phases, 1,283 plots were allotted through a lottery system, attracting participation from over 29,000 applicants, indicating strong public interest in the scheme.

Online Registration Process

Applicants can register by visiting the official LDA portal and completing the following steps:

  1. Purchase the registration booklet online
  2. Deposit 5% of the estimated plot cost as registration amount
  3. Complete the application process before the deadline

Only successfully registered applicants will be eligible for the lottery-based allotment process.
