Greater Noida – Yamuna Authority’s 84th Board Meeting Concludes

Budget of ₹9,700 Crore Approved

₹5,000 Crore Profit Recorded in Last Year’s Budget

₹1,102 Crore Allocated for Airport Development and Land Acquisition

Noida: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) held its 84th board meeting in Greater Noida, approving a budget of ₹9,700 crore. The authority reported a significant financial gain of ₹5,000 crore in the previous year’s budget.

A total of ₹1,102 crore has been allocated for the development of the Noida International Airport and land acquisition. Additionally, the board has approved the construction of a CISF campus and 477 flats for married personnel. The developer will construct the campus on a 13-acre land parcel allocated for the project, ensuring accommodations for 544 unmarried personnel.

A rescue center will also be established near the airport to enhance emergency response capabilities. Moreover, 30 acres of land will be allotted to the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) to facilitate healthcare development in the region.

The city now boasts a total of 15.65 lakh cardholders. The board also resolved all obstacles in the development of Heritage City, paving the way for its construction.
