Final Day of Dastak Youth Festival Witnesses Enthusiastic Participation

Lucknow: The final day of the Dastak Youth Festival was a spectacular showcase of talent, energy, and enthusiasm, as young participants danced, performed, and cheered for each other in an electrifying atmosphere.

The day began with an impromptu speech competition, setting the stage for the dynamic events that followed. A solo dance competition captivated the audience, while a thought-provoking stage play on “Gender Bias for Working Women” highlighted pressing societal issues. The audience showed immense appreciation, encouraging the performers with resounding applause.

A dedicated segment for news reporting saw participants compile a news bulletin summarizing the three-day festival. In the short film category, five compelling films on menstrual hygiene were screened, shedding light on an important but often overlooked subject.

The Reel Making Competition was another highlight, where students creatively expressed their ideas through 60 to 90-second reels, demonstrating their artistic and technical prowess.

The festival concluded with a grand prize distribution ceremony, graced by esteemed personalities including Shyamu Chaudhary from LHD Group, Himanshu Shukla from Wisdom Coaching, and renowned dentist Dr. Vikram Ahuja. They motivated the participants and presented awards to the winners.

Over 200 students participated in the festival, representing more than 20 prominent colleges, including National College, IT College, Shia PG, Modern Girls, KKC, LPCPS, Techno, Sri Ram Swaroop, Lucknow University, and the College of Fine Arts.

Across the three days, a total of 27 competitions took place, making the festival a grand success and a platform for young talent to shine.
