Gonda: A farewell ceremony was organised at the Civil Bar Association auditorium on Friday to honour Principal Judge of the Family Court Sunil Kumar Pancham, who has been transferred to Chitrakoot as District and Sessions Judge.
District Judge Durga Narayan Singh attended as the chief guest. Bar Association president Ravichandra Tripathi, Civil Bar Association president Vijay Prakash Tripathi, general secretary Sunil Kumar Pandey and Gauri Shankar Chaturvedi welcomed the dignitaries and felicitated Pancham with bouquets.
Advocates praised his two-year tenure and extended their best wishes for his new assignment. Additional District and Sessions Judge (I) A.P. Singh, Principal Family Court Judge (I) Alka Yadav, DGC Criminal Basant Shukla, former office-bearers and a large number of advocates attended the ceremony.
