Gonda: Pink Samadhan Diwas, also known as Mission Shakti Tehsil Diwas, will be organised across all tehsils of Gonda district on Saturday, October 17, to prioritise women’s grievances and promote their safety, dignity and empowerment.
District Magistrate Priyanka Niranjan has directed all Sub-Divisional Magistrates to ensure proper arrangements, including dedicated women’s help desks, separate complaint registration counters and pink stalls providing information about government welfare schemes.

Revenue and police teams will jointly investigate land disputes requiring police intervention, with on-site reports and geo-tagged photographs to support monitoring. Departments including agriculture, health, food and civil supplies, the District Programme Office, NRLM and the District Probation Department will facilitate access to schemes for eligible women.

Outstanding women employees or social workers and the best-performing stall will also be recognised. Officials must submit reports on the day’s proceedings by 8 pm on October 17.
