Lucknow: To speed up Mission Rozgar in Uttar Pradesh, the Yogi government is constantly organizing new programs. In this sequence, a massive employment fair is being organized by the Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission in Ambedkarnagar and Ayodhya on 17 and 18 August respectively, in which about 150 reputed companies are going to provide more than 70 thousand employment opportunities.
It is also important that the employment fair will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. This employment fair is being organized under the aegis of Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission, State Industrial Training Institute and Directorate of Training and Employment Scheme and MSME Department. The employment fair will be organized from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and in this, along with the students receiving training of Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission and ITI, other general students will also be able to participate.
Kapil Dev Agarwal, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Vocational Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship in the state government, said that various activities are organized to employ the trainees receiving training under the Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission after training. In this sequence, these employment fairs are being organized.
This mega employment fair is being organized on August 18 at Acharya Narendra Dev Agricultural University, Kumarganj, Ayodhya. More than 100 reputed companies will be available to select youth in relation to more than 50,000 vacancies in this mega employment fair. Accenture, Adani, Bajaj Auto, Chamber of Indian MSME, Flipkart, Honda, Lava International Ltd. Myntra, Nokia, Case Corp, Suzuki Motors, Swiggy and Tata Motors will be prominent among these companies.
Earlier, a mega employment fair has also been scheduled to be organized at Dev Indravati Mahavidyalaya Campus, Katehari, Ambedkarnagar on August 17. 46 reputed companies will be available to select youth in relation to more than 21,000 vacancies in this employment fair. Prominent among these companies will be Barbaric Nation, Chamber of Indian MSME, Flipkart, Lava International, Oreo Biscuits and Case Corp. This employment fair is being jointly organized by Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission and Government ITI Ambedkarnagar and District Employment and Deputy Commissioner Industries Department Ambedkarnagar.
Interested young men and women can take maximum advantage of this golden opportunity by participating in the district level employment fair in maximum numbers and with their biodata and educational documents.
The Yogi government is motivating the youth to get employment opportunities in private companies along with government jobs. For this, various programs are also being run by the government for their skill development. The government plans to employ a large number of youth in private companies through these employment fairs in 2024. It is the result of the efforts of the Yogi government that in seven and a half years, more than six and a half lakh youth have been successful in giving government jobs, while more than 3.75 lakh youth have been linked to jobs through contract.
At the same time, employment has been provided to two crore people under the private sector / MSME.
