Lucknow: The District-Level Udyog Bandhu Committee meeting was held today in the Collectorate auditorium under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Vishakh G.
During the meeting, the District Magistrate directed officials to ensure that MoU proposals under the Global Investors Summit are prepared in accordance with government guidelines for the upcoming Ground Breaking Ceremony.
Further, instructions were issued to all departments to ensure timely disposal of pending cases on the Nivesh Mitra Portal. The DM emphasized that all cases displayed on the portal must be resolved strictly within the prescribed timelines.
The committee also discussed issues related to cleanliness and waste management in the Amausi and Naderganj industrial areas. Officials from UPSIDC informed that regular door-to-door garbage collection is being carried out in the industrial zones. Industrial organizations present at the meeting confirmed this and extended their appreciation to the District Magistrate for the effective maintenance work.

Entrepreneurs also expressed gratitude towards the Jalkal Department for cancelling bills that were erroneously issued earlier.
Additionally, the DM instructed UPSIDC to ensure timely completion of ongoing infrastructure upgradation projects in the Amausi and Sarojini Nagar industrial areas. To resolve the issue of water drainage, the MD, Jal Nigam (Urban) was directed to submit proposals for treatment and disposal through the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) system.
The meeting was attended by the Chief Development Officer, Deputy Commissioner of Industries, Additional Municipal Commissioner, Executive Engineer (Electricity), representatives from LDA, Municipal Corporation, Police Department, UPSIDC, and other industry-related departments, along with office bearers of various industrial associations and entrepreneurs.
