Lucknow: The campus of Seth Anandram Jaipuria School has transformed into a vibrant hub of imagination and creativity as its annual art exhibition, ‘Masquerade of Art’, opens its doors to the public. The exhibition, which began on March 24, has been drawing enthusiastic participation from parents, students, and art lovers across Lucknow.
More than just a showcase, the exhibition offers an immersive artistic experience, where each artwork reflects emotion, originality, and the boundless creativity of young minds. The displays highlight not only technical skill but also the ability of students to express ideas and perspectives through art.
A Blend of Tradition and Contemporary Expression
The exhibition features a rich variety of artistic styles and themes. Visitors can admire intricately crafted Kathakali masks, artworks inspired by tribal traditions, and modern Western designs that explore themes of identity and culture.
From the simplicity of Warli art to serene natural landscapes, abstract compositions, and expressive portraits, the exhibition captures a wide spectrum of artistic expression. Each section reveals a unique narrative, showcasing the diversity of techniques and inspirations embraced by the students.
One of the major highlights of the exhibition is a large-scale mural, which creatively combines ceramic elements with painting. This striking installation has emerged as a focal point, drawing admiration for its innovative design and collaborative effort.

Encouraging Creativity Beyond Classrooms
Speaking on the occasion, Principal Poonam Kochitty emphasized the importance of creative education. “At Jaipuria, we believe education goes beyond academics. This exhibition reflects our commitment to nurturing creativity, confidence, and cultural appreciation among our students. Every artwork here represents not just talent, but also the courage to express and think differently,” she said.
Students participating in the exhibition expressed excitement and pride in showcasing their work. “It feels wonderful to see people appreciating what we have created. Through our art, we are sharing our thoughts and emotions,” said one of the young artists.
