Lucknow: Chowk police have arrested four men accused of vandalising a school van at Charak Chauraha, within the Chowk police station area, in a case registered under Sections 131/351(2)/324(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
Brief details of the case
The incident took place on August 3, 2026, when the complainant’s Eeco van was vandalised at Charak Chauraha. Based on this, an FIR (Case No. 0168/2026) was registered at Chowk police station.
Using CCTV footage to identify the accused, police arrested them near Charak Chauraha on August 5, 2026, and they are being produced before the court. The motorcycle used in the incident has also been recovered.

Recovery
The motorcycle (registration no. UP32QV4084) used in the incident has been recovered and seized under Section 207 of the Motor Vehicles Act.
