Bareilly: A grand felicitation ceremony was organized by the Dean of Student Welfare’s Office at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University to honor Professor P.B. Singh, recently appointed Vice-Chancellor of Swami Shukdevanand University, Shahjahanpur.
