Lucknow | With the 9th of Rabi-ul-Awwal approaching, Lucknow Police have intensified security measures to ensure peace and order during the upcoming religious processions.
As part of the preparations, ACP Bazaarkhala Virendra Vikram Singh and Station House Officer (SHO) Sahadatganj conducted a foot patrol in sensitive areas of the Sahadatganj police station limits, including Mansurnagar, Kazmain, Buniyad Bagh, and Sarka Park.
The primary objective of the patrol was to review security arrangements, maintain law and order, and instill confidence among residents ahead of the procession. During the inspection, police officials interacted with local residents and procession organizers, urging them to maintain a peaceful atmosphere and cooperate with law enforcement.
Police authorities assured that they are fully prepared to prevent any untoward incident and that strict surveillance is being maintained across the area.
